FIFTEEN is seeking a driven individual with agency experience to fill an Account Manager position. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to communicate with extreme attention to detail and a high level of transparency. You will manage your own roster of accounts and be the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative, digital and media teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in ad agencies (preferred) or related marketing communications position
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional levels of organization, attention to detail and proactivity
- Sales, customer service or client relationship management experience
- Ability to strategize and manage budgets
- Managing and motivating internal teams
- Problem solving abilities
- Experience in writing proposals and pitching new business a plus
