The Marketing Content Developer is a member of the Office of Donor and Alumni Communications (DAC) team within the Division of University Advancement. He or she will deliver quality content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. The position requires excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail and deadlines.
The Marketing Content Developer is responsible for:
• Ideation, creation and production of compelling content that includes news articles and stories, website copy, social media content, video script development, advertising copy, program and service descriptions, invitation copy, and remarks and talking points.
• Adhering to the division’s overall strategic objectives and adding value by actively engaging customers/stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
• Interfacing with divisional colleagues as well as with school-based communications professionals to gather facts and disseminate messages throughout UB channels.
