Description

The Martin Group – WNY’s leading branding & marketing communications agency – is seeking to fill a Media Coordinator position. Responsibilities include preparation of ad specifications and planning documents, some media buying, managing quality control process, billing and invoice reconciliation for a variety of clients in multiple business categories.

 

Qualified Candidates should possess:

  • Prior media buying and/or planning experience is helpful, but not required
  • Previous experience in Strata and/or Advantage is helpful, but not required
  • Strong interdepartmental and client-facing communication skills
  • Superior multi-tasking and organization skills are a must
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Docs
  • Located in Buffalo, NY
