Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time resource manager to oversee the distribution and completion of agency creative projects by working alongside the creative leadership and account service teams. Every creative job that comes into the agency is initiated by the account service team and then assigned, processed, and tracked by the resource center, so it is the resource manager’s primary responsibility to make sure this happens seamlessly, accurately, and on time.


  • Coordinating creative resources for all client projects
  • Using a thorough understanding of the creative development process and timing for various tactics to create task lists for each stage of a project
  • Helping ensure work is distributed equally and fairly among creative teams
  • Connecting with account service to identify any potential concerns
  • Checking with creative team to ensure jobs will be completed on time
  • Communicating regularly with account service and creative departments on the status of jobs
  • Monitoring the creative process and adjusting schedules and resources as needed
  • Leading a weekly meeting between account service and creative departments on the status of existing work and new work to come
  • Identifying when additional resources are needed to complete work, and collaborating with creative leadership to source support
  • Working with account service to ensure proposed timelines for projects are reasonable
  • Utilizing agency project management and proofing software (currently Teamwork and ProofHQ)


  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related field
  • Background in project management required
  • Experience working at an advertising agency or related company a plus but not required
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities (project management software experience a plus but not required)
