Our content creators are pumping out photos, videos, social ads, and landing pages every day and we need YOU to help manage this content...

You bring your passion for social media management and we’ll bring our awesome clients!! You will help manage social media communities while overseeing both paid and organic growth strategies. You will be the main point of contact for your clients at our agency and make sure deliverables are on-time and expectations are exceeded.

• You LOVE social media & know your way around Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat & more
• You have experience posting on social media not only for yourself but on behalf of a business
• You look forward to likes and comments and are always checking to see who reacted to your post
• You have great customer service skills and you know brands have to choose their words wisely online
• You know the difference between good content and bad content on social media
• You like the idea of working with a variety of clients across many different industries
• You have great written/verbal communication skills and incredible attention to detail #Organized
• You know your way around Excel (Google Sheets) and can maintain colorful spreadsheets
• You can quickly navigate your way around a keyboard (on both a computer and phone)
• You have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have a willingness to learn, a desire to always improve, and are receptive to feedback
• You understand the basic principles of cost per click, impressions and reach
• Bonus: Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and/or Paid Media

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an overall sense of entrepreneurship
• Strong organizational and time management skills, within fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail while following processes, checklists and daily calendars
• Ability to think creatively, problem solve and work independently with limited direction
• Ability to also lead discussions for external meetings with clients and internal meetings with team members
• Understanding of customer priorities and ability to exceed expectations and deliverables
• Proficient in: Microsoft Word / Google Docs, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• 2+ years of work experience in social media marketing

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (job will evolve, change, grow as necessary)
• Schedule daily paid and organic brand-appropriate posts, for clients, on a variety of social networks
• Manage social media advertising technology, such as Facebook Ads Manager, to assist with these tasks
• Optimize all paid advertising using continued learning and previous results, to lower costs per result
• Monitor clients’ social media channels for mentions, questions, and opportunities while providing appropriate
responses, based on each client’s specific customer response plan
• Use our proven processes to continually grow each community, via paid & organic media
• Assist with giveaway fulfillment, including contest execution, winner selection, and notification
• Create social media reports & aggregate data into actionable insights for social media strategies
• Check-in on a regular basis with clients to ensure their expectations match our deliverables
• Track your time and document your tasks, daily, weekly, and monthly

Job Type: Full-time, 35 - 40 hours each week
Hours: Typically 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (overtime, as necessary)
Location: West Seneca, NY
