Job Description : Manage and execute communication projects that enhance customer experience and meet state, federal and BlueCross BlueShield association guidelines. Collaborate with business leaders and Manager, Corporate Communications to develop important, timely and easy-to-understand information that will be disseminated to customers utilizing a variety of communication vehicles including letters, flyers, contracts and other educational publications.
Primary Responsibility : Create communications that increase customer understanding and satisfaction by presenting complex content in simple language. Write, edit, proofread, and audit existing letters written for constituents, including, members, groups, providers and brokers. Create, enforce and educate internal partners on message, copy and communication design standards to ensure consistent messaging, formatting and compliance with regulating bodies (including CMS, NCQA, BCBSA, etc.) Proactive management of operational communications needs including ongoing review of key constituencies' needs (group, member, broker, providers, other key influencers), operational process, and IT capabilities. Develop comprehensive communication plans that inform and prepare internal stakeholders of broad messaging strategies. Travel to various sites to carry out work assignments as required. Performs other related duties as requested.

Experience : Minimum two (2) years of Communications experience required. Experience with communication style, language and content utilized by the organization is preferred.
