Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time sr. media planner/buyer to collaborate with the media team to support plan development and meet client expectations. In this role, you will help execute traditional media campaigns with a primary focus on TV buying and will negotiate, schedule development, optimize, and report.

  • Work with the internal media team to complete traditional media plans best suited for established client requirements, budgets, and objectives
  • Support media plan development by providing internal recommendations to the sr. media team
  • Conduct media vendor outreach, negotiations, schedule development, ad placements, traffic, and booking
  • Perform campaign management duties, such as optimization against key performance indicators, reporting, providing campaign insights, and invoice/billing reconciliation


  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum of six years work experience in TV media planning/buying, TV media planning/selling, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of various media tools (Strata, Comscore, Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, and Scarborough)
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently on projects once directed
  • Ability to effectively manage timelines and deadlines, confidently negotiate, and bring new ideas to the table

Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
