We're looking for a Strategic Planner who will support the Luminus team by finding opportunities for meaningful audience engagement from data driven research and turn those findings into relevant strategic tactics that build meaningful relationships between people and brands. They will take a masterful approach to using analytics tools, surveys, databases, and analyst findings for research that meets clients’ business objectives to gain an in-depth understanding of their audiences’ needs and where to meet them. This role will be responsible for developing hypotheses, insights, and strategies and collaborate with the creative team to craft solutions that inspire and motivate a client’s target audiences. This role must be filled by a candidate who is a deep thinker who can combine research, data and of-the-moment industry trends into valuable insight as to how Luminus can best use our team and skills to develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives. As a company with a large concentration of B2B clients, this role demands a mind that can alternate easily between the business and audience viewpoints to make incredible observations. The success of this position is measured by the success of collective marketing executions showing positive results and achieving client satisfaction.

- Interviews with clients, teams & brand audiences
- Discovering & interpreting industry trends
- Discovering & assessing marketing channels / tactics trends
- Independent discovery & assessment of topics/industries/technical information
Strategic Leadership
- Play a lead role in facilitating brand strategy sessions
- Develop brand & annual market strategies
- Develop integrated campaign strategies
- Present integrated marketing strategy and budget recommendations to clients in a way that is understandable and focuses on the value and intended results of each activity
- Set and meet expectations
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure creative meets strategic target audience needs
- Facilitate regular presentations on marketing progress to the team and clients along with the Digital Marketing Manager
Strategic Marketing Execution
- Continually monitor integrated marketing strategies for successful execution
- Critique marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement or expansion
- Collaborate on creating Google Data Studio reports for overall funnel performance and individual campaign/optimization performance
Team Leadership
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and achieve client results
- Collaborate with any marketing vendors to execute and achieve client results
Extras
- Assist with campaign creative concept strategy

Qualifications
- 4+ years of relatable strategic marketing experience
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- A strong collection of client or corporate case studies
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple accounts at once
- Strong interpersonal skills and polished presentation abilities
- The desire to stand out and shine on a small team of talented professionals
- Strong research and strategic planning skills
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback and critique
- A passion for learning and profound curiosity

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time salary of $60,000
- Benefits contribution of 30%
- Retirement contribution matched in full to 3%
