Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time account coordinator to respond appropriately to a variety of client requests, knowing that impeccable customer service is a must. In this entry-level position, you will work with our account service team to manage agency projects on behalf of our clients. Although a lot of time will be spent on the administrative side of our accounts, this is a stepping-stone to many duties of an account executive.

  • Prepare account service–related documents, such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Communicate with clients on an as-needed basis in a professional, efficient manner
  • Attend to the needs of the account service team
  • Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
  • Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls
  • Research and develop an understanding of agency clients and their industries
  • Seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
  • Verify production specs


  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
  • One year of work experience within an agency setting or completion of a relevant internship preferred
  • Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines

Salary range: $38,025 - $48,750 annually
